Plan concept
In this plan the primary concept is based on respecting the site and focusing on the existing potentials in terms of visuals and gaining new spatial experiences through encountering the natural elements like seas and islands.
Accordingly, the spatial organization of the project is run based on the least manipulation. The site begins with an element that is recognizable during day and night and then reaches the main building architecture by a pedestrian path in form of a glass bridge that connects the two parts of the island. The visitors gain new spatial experiences while crossing on it and by passing a ramp route reach the open and closed main and secondary performance salons. The path is designed in a manner that each motion sequence provides a diverse spatial experience to the visitors.
