the main concept of this project is based on respecting the site and amplifying its visual potentials as well as creating new spatial experiences in terms of encountering its natural elements such as the ocean and the island. The project’s spatial organization, therefore, is designed to entail the least amount of manipulation of the site. The site begins with an element which is recognizable during day and night and leads to the main building via a pedestrian path which in form of a glass bridge connects the two parts of the island. While crossing the bridge, the visitors gain new spatial experiences. After walking along a ramp, they reach the outdoor main performance space and the indoor performance space. The path is designed in a manner that each motion sequence provides the visitors with a diverse spatial experience.
